The project introduces a cross system analytical layer that improves how workforce insight is generated, accessed, and applied, enabling more consistent, timely, and decision-oriented analysis to support strategic workforce decisions. Scope National Grid is seeking an enterprise-grade workforce analytics platform that moves beyond traditional HR reporting to deliver advanced workforce insights, predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and decision support across the organisation. Natural England is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor with a demonstrable track record of working on designated sites, specifically Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Special Areas of Conservation (SAC). The appointed contractor will be responsible for the clearance of approximately 2.1 hectares (Gross)of light to mature scrub across three defined work areas within Goss Moor National Nature Reserve. Clearance operations may be undertaken using a combination of mechanical methods (e.g. tree shears/snips) and manual techniques. All arisings will be disposed of via controlled in-situ burning. In addition, chemical stump treatment will be required for all cut stumps exceeding 2 inches in diameter to prevent regrowth. The programme of works is scheduled to commence in late August 2026, with completion targeted for late September 2026. This contract forms part of a wider habitat management programme aimed at removing scrub and semi-mature tree encroachment from priority wetland habitats. There is potential for scope expansion within the same area, subject to the successful delivery of the initial works and adherence to programme timelines. Timely completion will be a key performance indicator, and strong delivery against deadlines may result in the allocation of additional clearance areas under this contract.

NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) is progressing with the Assessment and Recovery (ARCs) Programme, an innovative transformation that aims to increase organ transplant activity, through increasing organ utilisation and the adoption of machine perfusion technology. To support the next phase of ARCs, NHSBT anticipates undertaking separate procurement processes for the following four elements: • Up to three clinical delivery partners, to act as Centres of Excellence and undertake the preservation and assessment interventions as part of a national service (Indicative contract value: £20m per partner) • Machine perfusion technology services (lung, liver, and kidney; normothermic and hypothermic) (Indicative contract value: £30m) • Transportable organ storage solutions (lung, liver, and kidney) (Indicative contract value: £5m) • Digital delivery partners to ensure UK organ offering is adapted and fully compliant with relevant standards, to support the delivery of the national ARCs model (Indicative contract value: £10m) Procurement will be phased and NHSBT are now starting engagement with suppliers who can meet requirements for this programme. The preliminary market engagement described in this notice is intended to inform NHSBT’s commercial strategy, requirements, procurement approach and market understanding for these separate elements. NHSBT intends to hold an initial ARCs programme launch engagement session covering all four elements at a high level, followed by separate, element-specific market engagement activities as required. For the clinical delivery partner element only, NHSBT anticipates that participation in any subsequent procurement will be limited to current UK NHS Transplant Centres. This reflects the clinical, operational, governance and pathway requirements of the national ARCs model. In Greater Manchester there are an estimated 120,000 people experiencing Multiple Disadvantage. This is defined as a combination of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system. People facing multiple disadvantage are at the sharp end of socio-economic and health inequalities. As part of Greater Manchester's Live Well commitment to tackling health inequality, we want to build on the existing Inclusion health service to reduce this inequality. GMCA are looking for providers to deliver three distinct services which will remove a range of different barriers for people experiencing MD to having their health needs met. Lot 1: Co-occurring Conditions Support- Delivery support to people experiencing Co-occurring conditions across GM, through clinical and non-clinical roles integrated within enhanced live well teams. Including providing specialist support to professionals and delivering share reflective practice spaces. Total estimated value over 3 years is £4,839,375.16 Lot 2: Primary Care Led Support- Deliver support in a primary care setting to people facing Multiple Disadvantage, in Rochdale, Oldham and Manchester. This high-quality health and social support will be embedded in primary care and work collaboratively with other agencies to improve public health outcomes.
