Major scope of work includes: The removal and replacement of four (4) boiler pumps, associated VFDs, piping, valves, accessories, instrumentation, and controls in a phased manner while maintaining a minimum of 600 BHP boiler plant capacity at all times. The removal and replacement of one (1) bypass control valve, including associated piping, controls, instrumentation, supports, and appurtenances. The removal and replacement of one (1) domestic cold water booster pump system, including VFDs, controls, flow meter, piping, accessories, supports, and appurtenances. The removal of three (3) existing shell-and-tube heat exchangers and installation of three (3) Owner-supplied plate-and-frame heat exchangers. Installation also includes associated piping, air separators, chemical dosing pots, filters, control valves, instrumentation, controls, supports, and appurtenances. Existing distribution pumps at the Energy Transfer Stations shall remain. Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour couvrir le coût du Projet soutien aux moyens de subsistance résilients dans le Sud de Madagascar « MIONJO » et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ce fonds à des services de consultant. 2. Les services de consultant (« les Services ») viseront à fournir un appui technique et opérationnel au niveau des zones d’intervention du Projet dans la Région dans la réalisation des activités des sous-composantes 3A, 3C et 4C des Agriculture, élevage, pêche et moyens de subsistance. 3. Les Consultants intéressés doivent fournir des informations démontrant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises et l’expérience pertinente pour exécuter les Services. Les critères de sélection sont les suivants : Qualifications et expériences : Titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur Agronome ou Maîtrise Environnement, Sciences humaines et sociales, Géographie ou tout autre domaine en lien avec la mission ; Avoir au moins 5 ans d’expériences professionnelles dans le domaine du développement Agricole, sécurité alimentaire ou développement local ; Avoir au moins 3 expériences professionnelles réussies dans des projets de développement agricole ou de soutien aux moyens de subsistance ; Présenter au moins 2 expériences de projets ou d’activités de développement dans la Région d’intervention postulée ; Présenter au moins 1 expérience professionnelle dans un projet multisectoriel financé par un bailleur de fonds international. REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – FIRMS SELECTION) Country: The Republic of Uzbekistan Implementation Agency: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Name of Project: “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable People” (INSON) Financing Agreement No. 7555-UZ / Grant Agreement No. TF C4589-UZ Assignment Title: Supporting the Introduction of Care Manager Function in Uzbekistan Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): UZ-INSON-CS-QCBS-2.1.6.2. The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable People (INSON) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“Services”) include support for the design and first-phase implementation of the Care Manager function within the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on relevant international experience and good practices. The Consultant will support the development of the Care Management concept, professional and service standards, comprehensive needs assessment and individual care planning tools, referral and service coordination mechanisms, monitoring and KPI frameworks, training and professional development arrangements, and related methodological and operational documents. The assignment includes training of at least 210 Care Managers, development and implementation of a Training of Trainers (ToT) framework and preparation of a national group of thirty (30) trainers selected by NASP, as well as hands-on implementation support in Tashkent City and the Samarkand, Fergana, Kashkadarya, Navoi, and Khorezm regions. Subsequent adoption and institutionalization of the Care Management system will be led by NASP.
