Ce PSE bénéficie de l’appui des partenaires techniques et financiers. Les conclusions des États Généraux de l’Éducation Nationale et de l’Alphabétisation (EGENA) ont confirmé les grands projets de réformes (don’t la réforme des premiers apprentissages, la réforme du collège, la réforme de la gouvernance) qui sont déjà portées par le Plan Sectoriel de l’Education. C’est dans ce cadre que l’Association International de Développement Association (IDA-Banque mondiale) finance, conjointement avec le Partenariat Mondial pour l’Éducation (GPE), une partie du PSE 2016-2025. Le financement s’élève à 264,7 millions de dollars (US$). Ce financement s’est traduit par la mise en place du Programme de Renforcement du Système Éducatif de Base (PRSEB). L’objectif de développement (ODP) du PRSEB est d’améliorer : (i) l’accès équitable aux services d’éducation et de santé scolaire au préscolaire, au primaire et au 1er cycle de secondaire ; (ii) d’améliorer les résultats d’apprentissage ; et (iii) de renforcer la gestion axée sur la performance le long de la chaîne de prestation de services édu

LEARN-2.5-EUE-7-R Ukraine and World Bank have signed the agreements for the Program "Lifting Education Access and Resilience in times of Need in Ukraine Program" (hereinafter referred to as the LEARN or Operation). LEARN was developed to address critical challenges and provide essential support to the education sector, aligning with the Ministry of Education and Science’s (MoES) Strategic Action Plan. The Senior Expert on Optimizing the Network of Vocational and Professional Pre-higher Education Institutions provides expert and analytical support to the MoES in coordinating activities for preparing regional plans for the formation of the network of vocational and professional pre-higher education institutions by local authorities, according to the Methodological Guidelines for Forming the Network of Institutions of Vocational and Professional Pre-higher Education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Order No. 216-r of March 4, 2026. The consulting services (“the Services”) include the above-mentioned assignments to support PPMU/IDOs for the effective implementation of the program.
