Crédit : IDA-7847 MG APPEL A CANDIDATURES TRADUCTION DES DIFFERENTS GUIDES DE SUIVI ET D’APPLICATION DES NORMES D’INFRASTRUCTURES RESILIENTES AMI N° : 545400/26/AMI/UNGP/MIONJO 1.Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour couvrir le coût du Projet soutien aux moyens de subsistance résilients dans le Sud de Madagascar « MIONJO » et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie du montant de ce fonds à des services de consultant. 2.Les services du consultant (« les Services ») viseront essentiellement à traduire de manière précise, claire et adaptée les deux documents suivants en malagasy standard (i) Guide de suivi de l’application de la norme nationale de construction de bâtiment résistant aux aléas naturels à Madagascar ; (ii) Guide de suivi de l’application de la directive nationale pour les infrastructures d’alimentation en eau potable résistantes aux aléas climatiques, avec une attention particulière aux termes techniques et aux expressions utilisées dans les trois régions du sud de Madagascar. 3.Les Termes de Référence (TDR) pour la mission sont disponibles sur le site internet suivant : https://mionjo.mg ou sur demande à adresser à procurement@mionjo.mg. 4.L'Unité Nationale de Gestion du Projet (UNGP) MIONJO invite dès à présent les consultants admissibles (« Consultants ») à faire part de leur intérêt à fournir les Services. The objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional and supervisory capacity of the central bank and improve the efficiency of core financial sector infrastructure. This objective will be achieved by strengthening and modernizing the central bank, which is critical for financial stability and key for transforming the banking sector and driving private-sector growth. The Project is primarily aimed at supporting the institutional strengthening of the Central Bank. The project is premised on the notion that a strengthened central bank is key for transforming the banking sector and spurring private sector led growth. In addition to supporting capacity building within BoSS, the project will also support the development of a holistic approach towards addressing existing financial sector challenges. The objective of the project is to strengthen the institutional and supervisory capacity of the central bank and improve the efficiency of core financial sector infrastructure. The project has four (4) components: ((i) formulating Financial Sector Policies; (ii) institutional strengthening of the central bank; (iii) development and modernization of key infrastructure; and (iv) project management and coordination. 3SF is seeking to use a portion of the grant to procure consulting services
