The selected partner will work with the Labs4 network to produce practical, execution-oriented content and enablement assets that can be delivered consistently across institutions. The primary objective is to develop and operationalize AI-enabled training content that strengthens Labs4’s differentiated value proposition: AI for R&D commercialization, technology readiness advancement, and product development, usable across Labs4 institutions and adaptable for broader SME/startup and applied R&D audiences. Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Pre-Qualification #3506 Testing as a Service Manitoba Public Insurance is releasing this RFPQ to identify and pre-qualify a limited number of preferred testing vendors to provide application testing services on a request for service basis across MPI’s enterprise application portfolio. The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify vendors that can deliver high-quality, evidence-based testing services and give MPI flexible access to specialized expertise and delivery capacity across a diverse application landscape. Through this Pre Quailification, MPI aims to improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of testing outcomes while strengthening testing as an enterprise capability that supports secure, reliable, accessible, performant, and operationally ready solutions. Under the resulting Pre-Qualification: No minimum volume of work is guaranteed; Each request for service will define the specific scope, service requirements, deliverables, timelines, and engagement constraints, and may vary significantly in scope and complexity; and MPI retains sole discretion in selecting the preferred vendor or vendors for each request for service, including where independence or specialized expertise is required. MPI may, in its sole discretion, reopen this Request for Pre-Qualification at any time during the Term for the purpose of accepting applications from additional vendors to join the roster for the remainder of the Term. MPI is under no obligation to conduct any refresh process, add any additional vendors, or maintain any minimum number of pre-qualified vendors, as more fully described in the RFPQ document. The final date for submissions is August 21, 2026. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFPQ.

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List (SL) to provide “as and when required” multi-disciplinary Architecture and Engineering Consultant Services at various locations across Canada. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select ten (10) Consultants to place on the SL. The SL will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $500,000,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultants and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and may be increased in the order of $250,000,000 at any time during the term of the SL. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued above $500,000. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. D2. SCOPE OF SERVICES D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall be on as-requested basis from the City and may consist of overhauling centrifuge rotating assemblies which are numbered one (1) to six (6) at the NEWPCC. The Work is described in D2.2, E1.1 and E3 and as directed by the City for the period from the date of the award until October 31, 2027, with the option of five (5) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions. D2.1.1 The City may negotiate the extension option with the Contractor within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days prior to the expiry date of the Contract. The City shall incur no liability to the Proponent as a result of such negotiations. D2.1.2 The City shall incur no liability to the Contractor if any of the options are not exercised. D2.1.3 Changes resulting from such negotiations shall become effective on ^ of the respective year. Changes to the Contract shall not be implemented by the Contractor without written approval by the Contract Administrator. D2.1.4 Proponents are advised that, in future, the City may be participating in collaborative procurement initiatives with other levels of government. Accordingly, extensions to this Contract may not be exercised. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Transportation of rotating assemblies from NEWPCC to the Contractor’s facility including all fees such as customs fees, paperwork and other required fees. (b) Disassembly, cleaning and inspection of the rotating assemblies shall come with reports outlining the findings. (i) The inspection report shall include a detailed description of each finding presented with sufficient specificity to clearly identify the condition of the component or issue. (ii) The inspection report shall also include a clear recommendation for corrective action, including the proposed repair or replacement method. (iii) All items referenced in the inspection report shall follow the naming convention provided in the O&M Manual, Form B, or tech
