Melita School Hygiene Room Renovation

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Southwest Horizon School Division (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Melita School Hygiene Room Renovation Project in Melita, Manitoba (the “Work”). The Owner requires the services of a Contractor to complete the Scope of Work is outlined in the Specifications and Drawings included herein. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be: RFP Contact: Irma Melegrito Email: bids@gov.mb.ca A mandatory site visit has been scheduled as follows: Location: 125 North Street, Melita, MB Date and Time: July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM central time Proponents are to meet at the main entrance of Melita School prior to 12:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the RFP Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting. Deadline for registration is the end of the business day July 23, 2026. Attendance will be confirmed and recorded. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from the Owner, Manitoba, or the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing. Deadline for questions August 3, 2026. All questions must be submitted to the RFP Contact at bids@gov.mb.ca. Manitoba will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Bid submission deadline is August 21, 2026 at 4:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
