McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of Paid Media Campaign Services in China in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals. McMaster University seeks to attract interest from students residing in China and encourage them to consider studying an undergraduate degree at the University. To do this, McMaster University is seeking a service provider with extensive media strategy experience, gained specifically from within the Chinese media landscape, and with experience of promoting an education service provider within this market. The term of this agreement is for an initial term of three (3) years with an option to renew for up to an additional two (2) years on a yearly basis as required, at McMaster’s sole discretion. All Proponents must have obtained the RFP from www.Merx.com (MERX®). Failure to have obtained the RFP from MERX®. will result in disqualification.
