Provision of Construction Management Services for Three New Schools

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery on behalf of the owner of the Project, Government of Manitoba – Department of Education and Early Childhood Learning (EECL), (“Owner”) to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for the Construction Management Services for construction of three new Schools: Bridgwater Lakes K–8 School, Brandon Division Scolaire Franco-Manitobaine (DSFM) M–12 School, and Ste. Anne Regional High School (Grade 9–12) as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”). In consideration of Manitoba’s procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. Procurement and Supply Chain (PSC) is administering this RFP process.
