CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposal (“RFP) for Media Technology Monitor – MTM Junior (Survey of 2-17 Year Olds) An Agreement resulting from this RFP may potentially be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year period(s). 1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows: MTM/OTM Junior is currently an annual survey based on the responses of an equal sample of anglophone and francophone children from all regions of Canada (excluding Nunavut, Yukon and NWT) between the ages of 2 to 17 years of age. The online panel is fielded annually between February and March. In the most recent 2026 survey, 2,100 households responded to the survey which provided 3,300 child-level responses. Anglophone respondents are currently drawn from all regions of Canada (excluding the North) while francophone respondents are drawn from Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick 2. TO OBTAIN THE RFP DOCUMENTATION CBC/Radio-Canada uses MERX (https://www.merx.com/public/solicitations/open) and from here you can type CBC or Radio-Canada to manage its solicitation process. All Proponents must obtain the RFP documents through MERX.
