VICU2026-O-002 Burwash Hall Kitchen HVAC Upgrades

Victoria University in the University of Toronto invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the Burwash Hall Kitchen HVAC upgrades project. The Work of this Contract comprises of the following: Replacement of the existing kitchen makeup air unit and associated ductwork with new. Construction of structural support for the condenser units on the roof. Integration of control system of kitchen makeup air unit to existing building automation system. Proponents should review the RFP document VICU2026-O-002_BH Kitchen HVAC Upgrade and all related documents (collectively, the “RFP Documents”) for complete information regarding the procurement, including submission requirements and evaluation criteria.
