DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT The University is conducting an RFP for Building 152 Rehabilitation Sciences Building Generator Renewal. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated. The submissions will not be opened publicly. CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation. The Evaluation Criteria and weightings to be applied are as follows: Technical Submission Stage 1 – Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail) The following requirements will be evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis: Mandatory Documents, Certifications and Licenses Proponents must achieve a Pass rating on all Stage 1 requirements to proceed to Stage 2. Stage 2 – Technical Evaluation (45 Points) A minimum passing score of 29.25 points out of 45 (65%) is required to advance to the Financial Evaluation stage. Technical criteria include: Project Understanding – 10 points Methodology & Approach – 10 points Team Qualifications & Organization Chart – 15 points Schedule & Lead Times – 10 points Total Technical Points: 50 Stage 3 – Financial Evaluation (55 Points) Financial Submission (Pricing) – 50 points Total Evaluation Score Technical Evaluation: 45 points Financial Evaluation: 55 points Total Available Points: 100 APPLICABLE T
