CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposals (RFP TI20260729) for Managed Print Services. An Agreement resulting from this RFP may be for three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option(s) for CBC/Radio-Canada to extend for one (1) year period(s). 1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES: The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows: This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify CBC/Radio-Canada’s future Supplier(s) of printing equipment (multifunction and single purpose) and associated managed print services required for CBC/Radio-Canada. CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a new Managed Print Services agreement with a built-in catalog of certified equipment and cloud-hosted print architecture. A printer replacement project will ensue from the agreement with the winning proponent and will seek to replace the end-of-life equipment, approximately 10% of the fleet, with newer equipment, while maintaining current fleet and aiming at reducing the operating costs. 2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION: This RFP is opened only to Proponents who meet each of the following mandatory requirements as evidenced in its written request for RFP documents: All hardware must be physically accessible to people with limited mobility; Must be certified as compliant with the Canadian Electrical Code for office printers by an organization approved by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) Must be certified by the manufacturer that all equipment must be compliant with ISED Canada ICES-003 (Class A or Class B) or US FCC Part 15 emissions limits for digital apparatus All hardware cartridges are associated to a recycling program Identity Card readers must support the common protocols in use for passive proximity cards and contactless cards, and the proponent must be able to provide the required card reader depe
