Provincial Fire Life Safety – Ste. Rose and McCreary Sites

Site #1: Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home 515 Mission St (Box 420), Ste. Rose du Lac, MB R0L 1S0 Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, new fire water service and fire hydrant, fire pump, new fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, interior finishes, and wood truss repairs as required at the Dr. Gendreau Personal Care Home. Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures. Site #2: Ste. Rose Health Centre 480 3rd Ave. E., Box 149, Ste. Rose, MB R0L 1S0 Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, new fire water service and fire hydrant, fire pump, new fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, interior finishes, and structural concrete repairs as required at the Ste. Rose General Hospital. Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures. Site #3: McCreary Alonsa Personal Care Home and Health Centre 613 50 Pth, 613 MB-50, McCreary, MB R0J 1B0 Work of this Contract comprises installation of a new generator, new fire water service and fire hydrant, fire pump, new fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system, firestopping, and interior finishes as required at the McCreary/Alonsa Personal Care Home and Health Centre. Erection, maintenance and dismantling of Infection Control Preventative Measures shall be within the scope of work and be performed in accordance with CSA 317.13 and the regional infection control policies and procedures.
