Central Referral Mechanism and Support Service for Adult Victims, establishing a core element of its new London-wide Ecosystem of victim support services. The provider will be responsible for: Managing police referrals to ensure victims are swiftly directed to the appropriate specialist services; Assessing the needs of adult victims of crime; Delivering a range of practical and emotional support; Working collaboratively with partners across the Ecosystem to enhance service quality and outcomes; Maintaining the LVWS website and service directory; Providing pre-trial information and support to all court witnesses, including defence witnesses; Coordinating with relevant agencies to respond effectively to major crime incidents; Adapting services in line with changing demand and developments within the criminal justice system. A Competitive Procedure with Negotiation under the Light Touch Regime, pursuant to the PCR 2015 was undertaken. Due to issues with FTS we have been unable to link the Contract Notice to this Award Notice which has restricted publication under an Competitive Procedure. This contract has an initial term of 4 years, commencing on 01/04/2024 - 31/03/2028 at a value of £15,400,000 with two options to extend for one year each at a value of £4,400,000 per annum, exercised at the discretion of MOPAC. There is an additional £17,660,000 available to provide additional services which may arise over the contract life, should funding become available. Total available budget for this contract is £41,860,000. Additional Variations to this Contract, to date, include the following: Approach to Developing Ecosystem's online presence at a value of £90,645. Following an initial review of the updated webpages, supported by digital specialists and key stakeholders, it has been identified that further enhancements are required to deliver a more seamless and accessible experience for victims and witnesses. The Restorative Justice Service for London at a value of £400,000 which will sit as part of the wider Universal Adult Support Service. London DRIVE Project at a value of £865,312 to support the additional delivery of Drive victim support. The inclusion of these variations falls far below the total contract value of £41,860,000.
