Strengthening community capacity - commissioning proposal for governance support and volunteer development roles

The Council intends to outsource the delivery of a defined area of its Community Services function to a voluntary or community sector organisation. This will involve the transfer of two existing officer roles under TUPE, covering responsibilities for volunteering, community capacity building, sector development and partnership engagement across the Borough.
