PKC13738 - Domestic & Commercial Removals and Storage Framework

Perth and Kinross Council (The Purchaser) is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors as suppliers to a framework agreement to provide Domestic and Commercial Contents Removals and Storage as set out in the specification document. Bidders should note that they do not have to be able to perform all the different types of services to gain a place on the framework. For example, a small business who only has capacity to perform small load moves will not be disadvantaged. The Technical response will provide the bidders with an opportunity to select the types of moves they have capacity and capability to perform. This information will be used by the Purchaser for assessing the Suppliers capability and capacity to perform the services at the Call Off stage.
