REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT SELECTION COUNTRY: Mauritius NAME OF PROJECT: Rodrigues Airport Project LOAN No: 9591 - MU Project ID: P180266 Ref : MU-AML-522231-CS-CDS Assignment Title: Consultancy services – Food and Agriculture Specialist The Government of Mauritius has received financing from the World Bank for the Rodrigues Airport Project, which has been co-financed by the European Union, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The Food and Agriculture Specialist in the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the Airports Mauritius Company Ltd (AML) will lead and coordinate the execution of agriculture activities (Component 3.1 of the of the Rodrigues Airport Project) and report to the PIU Coordinator/Manager. He/she will ensure proper planning, implementation and monitoring of activities, to ensure timely execution that all component activities are implemented effectively, and in a timely manner in accordance with the implementation plan. The scope of services includes but is not limited to the following key activities for Component 3 as described in the detailed Terms of Reference.
