The basis for bid evaluation and contract award will be by individual lot. No Bidder shall be awarded more than one Lot. Bidders willing to bid for more than one Lot should be prepared to pay for each additional Lot. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Request for Bid (RFB) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) under works category and Procedures contained in the public procurement Act and Regulations of the Republic of Malawi and World Bank and is open to all bidders. The participation fee for bidding is Mk 20,000.00 which will not be refunded (Payable to Thyolo District Council`s Cash Office) followed by the collection of the document from the address indicated below starting from 29th May 2026 during working hours.
