Hamilton City Council (HCC) is seeking responses from suitably qualified contractors to deliver a major infrastructure project funded through Central Government's Infrastructure Acceleration Fund (IAF) to facilitate development in Hamilton's central city and support around 4,000 new homes. This project includes the following four key components: - Construction of a 25 mega-litre drinking water reservoir and valve chamber at 18 Ruakiwi Road - Inlet and discharge mains connecting to the existing bulk supply network - Ancillary pipelines and services including stormwater and wastewater connections - A new booster pump station at 139 Clarence Street Tenders close at 2:30 pm on Friday 3 July 2026 and are to be uploaded to the electronic tenderboxes on the Government Electronic Tender Service - GETS (www.GETS.govt.nz) Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Interested suppliers are required to email to tenders@hcc.govt.nz to get access to the SharePoint portal for all the additional documents. Access will be provided to registered respondents only.
