To bid for this Contract, a contractor must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI); a contractor must secure Certificate of Site Inspection from the Municipal Engineering Office; For issuance of site inspection certificate, only AMO or Qualified Technical representative with appropriate PRC License connected to Civil works/Infrastructure and Special Power of Attorney (SPA) - specific for the project authorizing in behalf of the Contractor shall be allowed to participate during site inspection.
