REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT Republic of Tajikistan Tajikistan Women’s Economic Empowerment Project (TWEEP) Grant No.: TF-D1600 Title: Project Coordinator Reference No.: TWEEP-CS-IC-01 The State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan (SCISPM) has received financing from the World Bank toward the preparation and implementation of the Tajikistan Women’s Economic Empowerment Project (TWEEP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consulting services. The assignment is to provide overall coordination and management support for the implementation of the TWEEP Project. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the project’s implementation in accordance with the project documents and objectives, coordinating with the World Bank, state agencies, Project Implementation Group staff, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders, and ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. The assignment is a national full-time position based in Dushanbe, with travel to regional project sites as required. The duration of the contract shall be from July 2026 to July 2029, including three (3) months a probationary period.
