REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING SERVICES) Country : The Republic of Uzbekistan Implementation Agency: National Agency for Social Protection (NASP) under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Name of Project: “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) Financial Agreement No. 75550-UZ / Grant Agreement No. TF C4589-UZ Assignment Title: Administrative Assistant for Social Policy Lab / Research Accelerator Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): UZ-INSON-CS-IC-3.2.6.2. The consulting services (“the Services”) include providing administrative and operational support to the Research Accelerator and analytical activities implemented under Subcomponent 3.2: Strengthening the M&E Capacity for Evidence-Based Policy Making. The assignment will support evidence-based policymaking activities of NASP through the Social Policy Lab (SPLab), including coordination, documentation, event organization, reporting support, procurement-related documentation, and logistics. The Consultant will provide support in the following areas: preparation of Terms of Reference, letters and official documents; administrative support to procurement activities within ExpLab; organization of meetings, workshops, public lectures and trainings; maintenance of proper documentation and filing systems; preparation of activity summaries and reports; and support to communication and coordination with NASP departments, consultants, government agencies, and development partners. The estimated duration of the assignment is 18 months (full-time) from contract start. The position is based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The expected start date is May, 2026.
