Country of Delivery Republic of Uzbekistan The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the “Innovative Social Protection System for Inclusion of Vulnerable Populations” (INSON) project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services (“the Services”) include provision of specialized training services aimed at strengthening leadership, management, strategic thinking, and communication skills of central office staff of the National Agency for Social Protection (NASP). The assignment includes, but is not limited to, conducting a needs assessment, development of training program and materials, delivery of in-person training sessions, evaluation of results, and preparation of reports and recommendations. The duration of the assignment is approximately 10 weeks, including 12 days of in-person training.
