The objective of this Project is to increase regional collaboration and health system capacities to prevent, detect and respond to health emergencies in Cabo Verde. 2.The objective of this Consulting Service (“the Service”) – is to support the Government of Cabo Verde in the definition and implementation of biannual training, capacity building and integration programs of information and communication technologies (ICT) for CNOESP and surveillance teams in the context of the "One Health" approach. 3.The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment can be requested by the email address below, from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM (local time), during working days, or can be found published at the following websites: https://www.mf.gov.cv/web/mf/outras-publicacoes / Concursos - UGPE 4.The Unidade de Gestão dos Projetos Especiais (UGPE) now invites eligible individual consultants (Consultant) to express their interest in providing this service.
