This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project - Phase 2 (DMDP 2) that appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB) online Notice No. OP00277705 of March 6, 2024. 2. The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of the Dar es Salaam Metropolitan Development Project – Phase 2 (DMDP 2), implemented by the Prime Minister’s Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG) in collaboration with the Dar es Salaam Local Authorities. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the credit will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Provision of Consultancy Services for Design and Construction Supervision of Area-Based Investments and Urban Infrastructure in Dar es Salaam City, Temeke Municipality and Kigamboni Municipality under the DMDP 2. 3.
