Interested individual consultants must provide: Position Qualification Experience No. of Post (s) Training Specialist- C3 At least a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from a foreign or local university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Preference will be given to candidates possessing relevant experience in the education sector and/or public sector projects, which will be considered an added advantage. Minimum three (03) years of relevant professional experience in system implementation and operational support, training planning, coordination and field execution, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in education sector initiatives and/or public sector projects will be considered an added advantage. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong training planning, execution, management, and monitoring skills. Effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Good organizational and administrative skills, along with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports, are required.
