REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICES – INDIVIDUAL SELECTION) Country: Morocco Name of Project: Mission 300 Patient Capital Facility (M300 PCF) Project ID: P510382 Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: 7859-M300 Assignment Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist Reference No.: MA-AFRICA50-554275-CS-IND Africa50 has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Mission 300 Patient Capital Facility (M300 PCF) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services. The consulting services include the recruitment of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist (Individual Consultant) for a period of thirty-six (36) calendar months from the contract commencement date. The Consultant will initially be contracted for twelve (12) calendar months. The duration of the contract will be extended for a further two periods of twelve (12) calendar months based on the Consultant's satisfactory performance. The objective of the assignment is to support Africa50 in designing, operationalising and managing the Project's Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework, including the development of methodologies, reporting systems, data verification processes, and the functional and technical requirements for the digital Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (D-MRV) system, in support of the implementation of the Mission 300 Patient Capital Facility (M300 PCF).
