Exminster Parish Council (the "Council") owns over nine hectares of public green space at more than a dozen locations within the parish which requires regular and proactive maintenance. In addition, it also provides additional grass cuts to the verge sides and footpaths managed by Devon County Council and play areas managed by Teignbridge District Council. The Parish Council has published policies which mandate that its green spaces are managed in an environmentally friendly manner and prohibits the use of pesticides on soft surfaces. The Council is now seeking expressions of interest from qualified and experienced contractors for the maintenance of these green spaces. This RFI is intended to gather information to help the Council understand the capabilities, experience, and interest of potential service providers. N° de Crédit IDA/Portion A : 6990-NE N° de Crédit IDA/Portion B : 6991-NE N° de référence : NE-PISEN-438832-CS-CQS Le Gouvernement de la République du Niger a obtenu un financement de l'Association Internationale de Développement (IDA) pour financer le coût du Projet Plateforme Intégrée pour la Sécurité de l’Eau au Niger (PISEN). Il est prévu qu'une partie du montant de ce financement soit utilisée pour effectuer les paiements au titre du contrat relatif à la réalisation des études architecturales et techniques, l’élaboration des dossiers APS, APD, EIES et DAO ainsi que le suivi/contrôle des travaux de construction du Laboratoire National de Qualité de l’Eau à Niamey. Les services de consultant (« les Services ») consistent à s'assurer que : réaliser les études architecturales et techniques nécessaires à la construction du Laboratoire National de Qualité de l’Eau ; réaliser les études topographiques et géotechniques nécessaires à la conception des ouvrages ; élaborer l’Avant-Projet Sommaire (APS), comprenant notamment l’état des lieux, l’actualisation du programme, la conception architecturale, les variantes techniques et les estimations sommaires correspondantes ; élaborer l’Avant-Projet Détaillé (APD), comprenant l’ensemble des études techniques détaillées et des plans nécessaires à l’exécution des travaux ; conduire l’Étude d’Impact Environnemental et Social (EIES), y compris les consultatio
