The City Government of Borongan, through the 20% Development Fund, Annual Budget 2026, intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Pesos and Eleven Centavos only (Php14,999,710.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. Calicoan, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for Area 1: construction of two (2) layers, 24.80 linear meters slope protection, 24.80 meters steel sheet pile with reinforced concrete pile cap foundation, berm and cow foundation, including 24.80 meter road shoulder and other related works; Area 2: construction of two (2) layers, 43.00 linear meters slope protection, 43.00 meters steel sheet pile with reinforced concrete pile cap foundation, berm and cow foundation, including 43.00 meter road shoulder and other related works. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty Eight (168) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
