The Badiauri–Chalaubani road section (Lot 4) is a four-lane divided motorway that starts at Chainage (Ch.) 52+540, immediately after the Badiauri Interchange of Lot 3, and ends at Ch. 75+100 beyond the planned Chalaubani Interchange. The total length of this section is approximately 21.7 km, with a design speed of 120 km/h. The Chalaubani–Bakurtsikhe road section (Lot 5) is a four-lane divided motorway that starts at Ch. 75+100 and ends at Ch. 84+217.05, with the driving lanes separated by a double-sided concrete barrier. The Government of Lao PDR (GoL) has received a loan from the World Bank’s International Development Association (IDA) to improve the capacity of the Lao PDR NSS to produce and disseminate high-quality statistics in a timely manner, to enhance the use of key statistics, and in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency, respond promptly and effectively to it. The project is closely aligned with Vision 2030 and the Strategy of the Development of National Statistical System (SDNSS - 2016 – 2025) which outlines key strategies for sustained development of the Lao Statistical System (LSS). Neste contexto, a Agência de Transformação Digital e Inovação, Instituto Público, convida os Concorrentes elegíveis a apresentarem Propostas seladas para a fornecimento de equipamento informático para a plataforma de interoperabilidade e portal do cidadão. O processo será conduzido através de concurso nacional usando uma Solicitação de Propostas (SDP), conforme especificado no “Regulamento de Aquisições para Mutuários de IPF” do Banco Mundial, Setembro 2023 (“Regulamento de Aquisições”), estando aberto a todos os Concorrentes elegíveis conforme definido no Regulamento de Aquisições.
